I was inspired to enter this line of work

The most challenging aspect of my job is
... making sure everything is done for a family.

The thing that's changed the most in the industry since I started has been ... cremation, the many different ways that cremation is offered.

The most rewarding part of my job is
... when a family says thank you for taking care of their loved one.

My work philosophy is…give 110 percent to every family that walks through our doors.

The most memorable moment in my career was ...when I became the first woman funeral director In the city of Kenosha.

The most frustrating moment of my career was
…Is when I can't do anything more for a family.

If I were to give advice to someone entering this line of work, it would be ...work for a funeral home first before you go to school.

The direction I’d like to see our industry move is.... to keep moving forward, to educate the consumer.

My top professional goal is…become president of the Wisconsin Funeral Director’s Association.

If I weren't doing this, I'd probably be ...in the medical profession.

When I'm not working, I’m usually ... at home spending time with my family.

My favorite place to travel is
... New Orleans.

My dream trip is …Alaskan Cruise with my husband and daughter.

The personal goals I want to achieve are
... being the best I can be.

The most inspiring or interesting book I’ve read lately is ... I read a lot so I don't have any favorites, anything from Sandra Brown, Nora Roberts or James Patterson.

My favorite website or webtool is
…Big Fish Games--I like the hidden pictures.

The movie I'm recommending these days is
...I like the older movies. Beaches Is probably my favorite.

The best decision I ever made was
...being a funeral director.
